Spread Magical Pixie Powder in a Sexy Tinkerbell Costume
Virtually anyone who has ever seen a Disney TV show or film knows who Tinkerbell is. At first only a supporting character described by her creator, J.M. Barrie, as a common fairy, Tinkerbell has since evolved to become the widely recognizable unofficial mascot of The Walt Disney Company.
While she may look and act like a child in her appearances on the big screen, Tink has the body of a woman, curves and all, and wears a sleek dress to show it off. This is what makes a Sexy Tinkerbell Costume such a great costume for Halloween and theme parties. If you’re looking to flash a little skin to catch the interest of a man, or perhaps to make your women friends a little envious, then this outfit is the perfect match for you.
There are a wide collection of Tinkerbell costumes available. Yet, they are all based on the simple yet sensual green petal dress. Complement with a pair of fairy wings, a matching green hair piece and a pair of ballet slippers with white pom poms on, and you’re off to Neverland with Wendy and Peter.
When you’re browsing for the best Tinkerbell outfit, make certain that the one you choose to wear comes with high quality fairy wings. You want glistening nylon wings that aren’t too fragile. They can be any color, but white, blue or purple look good. Stay away from costumes that do not include the fairy wings, otherwise you may have a difficult time getting any that aren’t childrens sizes.
If you want to really stand out, then sprinkle a little body glitter on yourself, your hair and your costume. You can buy body glitter at pretty much any cosmetic store. Attempt to get the glitter make-up that is sold with a brush. It will make applying so much easier.
Wear Tinkerbell Costume for Halloween, theme parties, or fancy dress birthday parties. Not only does it look amazing, it can actually liven up a dull room. If you aren’t the creative or crafty type, do not worry, you can easily pay for one.

Walt Disney Motion Pictures – Everlasting Classics For Young At Heart – Movies Promoting And Engineering Methods
Most “big kids” my age grew up with classic Disney movies such as Lady and The Tramp, Cindarella and Snow White. Disney has continued to grow and still produces quality entertainement for children and adults alike.
Each tale is unique and you are certain to find a favorite or two among the many films that have been created over the years. Disney movies cater to adults and children alike with their clean wholesome entertainment. The older movies are great but with advances in technology the newer ones are a feast for the eyes.
You feel like you are watching not just a movie but a beautiful painting in motion. I don’t want to say that I’m old but I’ve seen quite a few movies since viewing Snow White at the theatre when it first came out. There will always be a place in my heart for the old hand drawn movies but the new computer generated images found in today’s Disney movies is mesmerising. Like cartoonist techniques and technologies, logos machinery provides not only dramatically changed cinema but typically the method organizations and businesses operate. With introduction of online businesses and technology operated merchants unluckily the former type of business enterprise are becoming lost art. Even cinema advertising cannot stay alive these moments with out making use of engineering, for example the majority of big motion picture productions is going to contain a online marketing agency funding for search engine optimisation and search marketing. However a few varieties of the old school artistic methods still possess there point.
Regardless of the medium used to create the animation children are still captivated by the gorgeous imagery. With engaging story lines and original plot lines children of all ages will find something to enjoy in every Disney movie.
Digital video disc I can give my kids the same experiences that I had when I was a child. Indeed, my children watch these movies over and over again}. Creating your own collection of Walt Disney films may take a little time and effort but it is worth everything that you put into it. I love that I have many of the classics available any time at all.
This is especially good news for the kids. They have a chance to see classic Walt Disney movies like Bambi in the comfort of our home. Most of these films are not seen on television and are rarely re-released in the cinemas but wtih Dvd’s you can share your child hood wonder with your kids.
The new movies are fantastic but when my kids want to watch one of the older classics it gives me a special feeling inside. Every child should watch the classic Disney movies. It’s good, clean, wholesome entertainment.
Lilo and Stitch are stars in their own right
When Lilo and Stitch was on its way back in 2002, people were not really sure what to expect. The poster merely said “There’s one in every family” with a picture of what looked like a blue dog with big long ears with many of the most loved Disney characters sitting within the background. So the question was what was the film going to be about, many Disney peeps or a spin off of all of Disney in general?
It turned out it was none of these things. Stitch was actually an aggressive alien from another planet who was turned good by Lilo. This film was set in Hawaii and the film was nominated for an Academy Award and recieved a huge fan base. So Disney being Disney, the sequel followed soon after along with another and a television series based on the franchise. It had done something that Disney had not been able to do in many years. It was a film much like the Jungle Book in the way the entire family could sit down and enjoy it.
Stitch is now of course put over everything Disney from t-shirts to the many theme parks that Disney have. What was it that made this film such a success, the fact that it was set in the beautiful Hawaii or that Stitch appeals to both sexes?
Stitch has a ride at Walt Disney World, Florida along with participating in many of the theme park shows. Hoodies, cups, t-shirts, pins whatever you can think of, Stitch is on it. If you still have not seen the original film it is worth a watch even if it is just to see what all the hype is about.
Of course you could go on one of those Hawaii holidays to see the island from the films. USA holidays are great for the entire family and if you are looking to meet Stitch himself then Orlando holidays is where you should be looking to go.

The real magic behind Tinkerbell
Many believe that Tinkerbell – the fairy who appears in the 1953 Disney’ Peter Pan movie – is a creation of The Walt Disney Company. Not so.Tinkerbell is a fairy character that was created almost half a century before the actual Peter Pan movie was released.
Tinkerbell, also known as Tink for brevity, is a fictional character that first appeared in a 1904 play by J M Barrie and later in a novel he wrote entitled Peter and Wendy that was published in 1911.
J M Barrie described Tinkerbell as a fairy who mended kettles and metal pots and pans just like an actual tinker would. Her dialogue in the play and also later in the novel is made up of the sounds of a tinkling bell, which is understandable only to those familiar with the language of the fairi. Though sometimes ill-tempered and vindictive (for example she coaxes the Lost Boys to shoot arrows at Wendy), at other times she is helpful and kind to Peter. The extremes in her personality are explained by J M Barrie in the story as being due to the fact that her small fairy size prevents her from holding more than one feeling at a time, so when she is angry she has no counterbalance such as compassion or kindness.
At first Tinkerbell was only a supporting character described by J M Barrie as “a common fairy”, however – following her success in Disney’s Peter Pan when children the world over fell in love with her animated incarnation, Tinkerbell has become a widely recognized as the unofficial mascot of The Walt Disney Company and recently as the centerpiece of its Disney Fairies media franchise including the direct-to-DVD film Tinker Bell.
Tinker Bell was originally part of the Disney Princess franchise but she was removed from this in 2005 to take her place as the central character of the new Disney Fairies franchise. At Disneyland, a Pixie Hollow meet-and-greet area opened in 2008, where guests are able to interact with Tinker Bell and her companions.
Tinkerbell has fans the world over and many websites are dedicated to this delicate yet mischeivous fairy. For example at sites like Fairy Coloring Pages you’ll find the best Tinkerbell colouring pages
Interestingly, the copyright to the Tinkerbell character is owned by the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, England. A bronze statue of Tinkerbell appears at the hospital’s entrance to commemorate the fact that the Scottish born J M Barrie bequeathed the copyright to the character to the children’s hospital upon his death in 1937.
Awaiting Disney’s Princess Tiana
Disney fans the wolrd over are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the latest Disney movie – The Princess and the Frog starring Princess Tiana.
Princess Tiana is the protagonist of Disney’s upcoming 2009 film ‘The Princess and the Frog’. The film has a limited release date in the USA (in NY and LA only) of the 25th November and will be released in US theaters on December 11th. This film will mark the return of Disney to traditional hand drawn animation and will bring to fans the 9th Disney Princess. The latest member of Disney’s Royal Family, Princess Tiana, is the first Disney Princess to come along in a long 11 years – with the last Disney Princess being 1998’s Mulan.
The Princess and the Frog storyline centers on young Tiana, a girl living in the French Quarter of New Orleans during the 1920s Jazz Age and a prince named Naveen who has been transformed into a frog by the evil voodoo magician Dr. Facilier. The story will feature a trumpet playing alligator, a love sick Cajun firefly and a host of other charming characters at every turn.
At the recent US Toy Fair, a preview was given of the Disney merchandise that will accompany the movie. With vibrant and regal colors like green, purple and gold, the toys evoke life in New Orleans and the bayou, where the film is set. The extensive Disney collection includes dolls, playsets, role-play items and costumes as well as colorful accessories.
The Princess and the Frog Tiana doll ($25) from Mattel, will probably be the most popular toy from the line. Just as in the story, the beautiful Princess Tiana wears her sparkly blue ball gown and comes with her frog Prince Naveen. The fiber-optic gown lights up and the doll and frog interact! In addition to the signature Tiana doll, Prince Naveen and Princess Tiana will be available in wedding attire.
Websites centered around Princess Tiana and the movie have already begun to appear. Of note are those that applaud Disney’s choice to feature a black princess (Disney’s first) and other sites that offer coloring pages, printables and paper crafts that feature Disney’s latest Princess.
Would you like to really and truly impress your grand-daughters? Little girls of all ages, maybe even you, will enjoy the many, free, printable coloring images of Princess Tiana (plus party invitations, various paper crafts and party room decorations) available from Princess Tiana Coloring Pages a site that has the best Princess coloring in pages.
As we await the movie’s release, Anika Noni Rose, the voice of Tiana gives us a glimpse into the princess’ character. Tiana is a “diamond in the rough” who will have to learn some lessons before she reaches true princess status. She is a motivated, determined and independent young woman. She wants to do things her way, without help from anyone. “She’s a strong woman who doesn’t need anyone to do things for her,” says Anika Noni Rose. “She is keen to do things for herself…”
Disney Blu-ray Movies
I couldn’t imagine my childhood without Disney Movies. Some of my fondest memories are directly linked to the Walt Disney classics like Lady and the Tramp, Cinderella and Snow White. Now that this children’s entertainment company has grown, there are more Disney movies available to own as both DVDs and Blu-rays.
Each tale is unique and you are certain to find a favorite or two among the many films that have been created over the years. Disney movies offer something for everyone no matter what your age. I love watching the older films but the newer productions are nothing short of astonishing.
I am continually amazed by the incredible artistic feats that the Disney movies display which are best shown off in the new Blu-ray disc format. Considering that I remember Snow White when it was in the theaters, I can attest that I have had my fair share of films to compare. While I will always love the genuine beauty of the classic cartoon drawings, there is something truly astonishing about the computer generated images found in today’s Walt Disney productions.
No matter what, I find that children adore Disney movies no matter what kind of approach the animators use. The stories are so compelling and original (not to mention entertaining) that children of all ages will enjoy each and every one of the films. This includes the older ones that retain such charm.
Now that I’m a parent, I make sure that my little ones have all of the same wonderful experiences with Disney movies as I did. Creating your own collection of Walt Disney films may take a little time and effort but it is worth everything that you put into it. I love that I have many of the classics available any time at all.
This is especially good news for the kids. They have a chance to see classic Walt Disney movies like Bambi in the comfort of our home. These films are not seen on television and they are not re-released in theaters. However, they are readily available whenever the kids would like to enjoy them.
Disney Pixar Under Pressure To Sell More Merchandise
Wall Street traders have announced their loss of faith in Disney Pixar to commercialize their recent films. Many quality films have come out of this company over the last couple of decades but there are lots of people that think they have lost their commercial edge these days.
This news comes after their worst two performing productions yet, WALL-E and Ratatouille. It’s not that they are failing to make money but more the fact they have strong completion to fend off, including the ever popular Dreamworks.’UP’ is the latest of their films to be released and it apparently suffers many of the same floors that their other do.The general consensus is that there is a clear lack of characters that transfer as well into merchandise sales as some of their previous productions, e.g. Mickey Mouse or the productions of their competitors. Dreamworks have had a great run recently with films such as Shrek, Wallace and Grommit and their newest release Monsters VS aliens. These films all have very clear villains and heroes and the inclusion of endearing talking animals or creatures makes them a merchandise hit. Toys, books, DVD’s, clothes even more obscure products like dolls house, all play their part in making up the films overall profits. The ability to sell these products is what is lacking in the story lines and characters in Pixar’s latest products.
Some have countered this argument, saying that Pixar is remaining true to its art and would rather produce high quality and meaningful films than create something just so it can sell merchandise off the back of it. They would rather be able to promote the buying of educational toys rather than cheap tacky stuff. Having said this, there is a great deal of pressure on the company from shareholders and linked businesses to up their game in terms of commercialism.Richard Greenfield from Pali research downgraded the shares of Disney to sell last month, giving a poor commercial success prediction as a reason.
