All mafia-connected suspects are cleared and out of the woodworks it is believed by Roberts that previously unknown black power player is dominating the drug trade. Two men of opposing sides of the law, Roberts and Lucas share a strict code of ethics which separates them from some of their more opportunistic colleagues As a confrontation was inevitable between the two men it became obvious that not only was their fate entwined, but also only one would emerge victoriously.
